Meditation and Mindfulness at Manchester Art Gallery

On Manchester Art Gallery's Soundcloud you can find a range of different guided meditations to listen to, with each one centred around a different art work. As well as the meditations, there's also mindfulness and wellbeing episodes to check out. You don't need to sign up to anything and it's all free!

So if you've got a spare 10 - 15 minutes why not try giving one of these a listen and see if it has a positive impact on the rest of your day.
